Here are answers to a few of the more commonly asked questions we get... Q. Are your applications safe to use? A. Yes. All of our software is compiled and directly uploaded to the site. Our software does not contain viruses, "spyware" or "adware" (despite repeated requests from adware vendors). Please read our privacy policy for peace of mind. Q. What operating systems do you support? A. All software offered on this site will run on all versions of 32-bit Windows, from Win95 to Vista and Windows 7. Plus, the applications are portable and do not rely on the Windows registry. Q. Do you take feature requests for any of your software? A. Yes. We listen to our users. If you have a feature request or bug report then please send us an email. New features are generally added in the next update cycle (every 1-3 months or so). Q. Your applications are tiny compared to [competitor]. How is that so? A. With our programs, you have a choice between a full setup or much smaller .zip archive if download size is an issue. Also, all our applications are developed in PowerBASIC which is an extremely efficient and worthy compiler. Q. I need you write me a program. Do you still do custom software development work? A. Not currently, sorry. Q. Can I link to your site? A. Of course! Please be sure to link only to the HTML pages on this site. Other things, such as images and downloads could be moved and you will have broken links. Besides, you will always be able to download the latest versions of our software from this site, instead of some outdated version.
